Unfortunately, the car had been smoked into so I had no further interest but the customer service was great.

After 3 days of messaging about this particular car and making efforts to try to see it, they never gave me a straight answer about the availability and I even asked them if someone already had it on reserve. They messaged me 7 hrs after we made an appt to see it to tell me that it was already sold.

I was contacted by Joseph and even though I was not able to make it to the appointment, he was patient enough to communicate with me without being pressured. The reason for not purchasing the vehicle was on my end nothing to do with experience with the dealer.
