Asked for a trade in value as I was interested in a vehicle they had. Dilip Jain (DJ) never came back on the trade in value and the vehicle was sold in the meantime.

I saw the ad on CarGurus so I contacted the dealer through email. When I didn't hear back, I called the dealership and spoke to a salesperson who said the used car sales manager was off that day and that he would pass along my contact info so that I could be contacted upon his return the following day. By noon the next day, I decided to call since I hadn't heard back. i spoke to the used car sales manager who was pleasant and helpful. He said the vehicle was in the shop getting inspected and he would share the full details with me later that afternoon or the next day. i let him know I was located an hour and half away and was happy to put a deposit down on the vehicle as I was seriously interested. He said that would be great and they could hold the vehicle for a day, but not more, to give me time to travel down. The very next morning, I get a text saying the vehicle had sold. very disappointed and misleading communications. I will not do business with these folks.

We found our salesperson (Sylvana) to be excellent. We had trouble locating the vehicle we wanted to try from several Hyundai dealerships, but not only did she find one, she actually found it in my preferred colour. We ended up not liking the vehicle but bought on that suited us much better The whole process was effortless and quite enjoyable 9unusual when buying a vehicle. Top marks.
