Frustrating Experience at car Sales Sept. I recently had an unpleasant encounterwith a sales rep at Whitby honda's used car sales dept. Instead of adressing my inquiries directly, the representative spent approx 15 minutes advising me on various unrelated matters, diverting the conversationaway from the main point. This approach not only prolonged the call unnecessarilybut also left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall experince. Improved focus and attentiveness to customer inquiries would greatly of service at the dealeships sale dept.

Peter was great, unfortunately they do not certify older vehicles and it can be very expensive to certify and make repairs to pass.

When I first contacted the Dealer the response was really quick. I went back and forth with Kevin who answered all my questions and worries because I was out of province. He was comprehensive and pushed through all the problems we crossed. I drove 6h to come see the vehicule and when I arrived the vehicule was spotless and Kevin was there even on his day off. The car was ready in no time and while they made the paperwork, Kevin suggested us to go eat at a dinner not far from the dealer waiting for everything to be ready. Soo overall he was really friendly and professional.
