The original listing price was grossly misrepresented. There is no telling where the mistake came from. Overall the salesperson was polite and attentive as well as understanding when I told them I wasn’t interested in the real price.

Vishal got back to me quickly and listened to understand what our needs were for purchasing a Tacoma. Unfortunately, we decided to purchase an SUV at another vehicle. Easier for my wife to get in and out of the SUV.

To help streamline the process, I submitted a set of itemized questions in writing regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, so the representative could review them and be prepared before calling me. However, when he did call, it was immediately clear that he had not read let alone reviewed the questions at all. More concerning was his tone — disrespectful, condescending, and unnecessarily rude throughout the brief conversation. In less than six minutes, he made no effort to discuss the vehicle itself and instead focused on making assumptions about who I am or am not. He then abruptly stated he had to attend a meeting and would call back in 15 minutes. Given the dismissive tone of the exchange, this felt more like an excuse to end the call than a sincere commitment to follow up. Unsurprisingly, he never called back — not in 15 minutes, or even hours later. A very disappointing first experience with this dealership.

Test drove this car and the transmission was slipping and we almost didnt make it back to the dealership. Honda certified They said!

Dealer reached out several times. Posted pricing appears to have Honda discount applied? Could not confirm this fact…

Took days to get back to me. Said no discount from price and had a 2100 dealer fees price gouging. Also priced high above 55,000 luxury tax.
