Made on appointment. Was called last minute being advised that a manager had taken the vehicle & could not be reached. No one has followed & contacted me. Must be sold out of vehicles & many people purchasing ...... terrible service !!!

The interaction with Olympic Honda went as well as a car buying experience can be. At the moment I would recommend using the dealership. I don't give "5 stars" on any complex interaction. Excellence is a very high bar.

We're giving a mixed review for our experience with Waterloo Honda. First of all, the actual mileage of the used vehicle we were inquiring about was over 4,000 more than what was originally shown on their website. Communication with sales person Damir Protudjer overall was good. We were extremely disappointed that to get a better price we would have to finance. We have an excellent credit rating but the loan rate offered was very high, even higher than our current bank rate. Secondly, we sent the required documents to start the financing application. But the documents were "lost" in their junk mail, although we replied to the message they had sent us. So the financial process was delayed. Overall, we're unhappy with our experience. We recommend that you look elsewhere to buy a vehicle.
