There were two add-ons relative to warranties that spur of the moment decisions needed to be made on. There is no reason that these options could not have been mentioned during an earlier time

We were met at the front entrance by Dale Smith- the man I had been dealing with. Our overall experience was excellent- except for the fact that I had to make my way through a very large Canadian Tire to get inside the mall where my bank is. ( I had to get a bank draft to pay for the car). I am mobility impaired, so that was a bit of a challenge…… The financial lady- ( sorry, can’t remember her name). was lovely to deal with. The Insurance process went very smoothly. Overall, an exceptional experience.
