Very good sales team.

Product advisor make me to travel for this car to Vancouver. When I reached there he told me that the car is sold already. It was wastage of time and I was very much frustrated by their unethical behaviour.

Very consistent in the communication.

Took days to get back to me. Said no discount from price and had a 2100 dealer fees price gouging. Also priced high above 55,000 luxury tax.

Dealer reached out several times. Posted pricing appears to have Honda discount applied? Could not confirm this fact…

To help streamline the process, I submitted a set of itemized questions in writing regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, so the representative could review them and be prepared before calling me. However, when he did call, it was immediately clear that he had not read let alone reviewed the questions at all. More concerning was his tone — disrespectful, condescending, and unnecessarily rude throughout the brief conversation. In less than six minutes, he made no effort to discuss the vehicle itself and instead focused on making assumptions about who I am or am not. He then abruptly stated he had to attend a meeting and would call back in 15 minutes. Given the dismissive tone of the exchange, this felt more like an excuse to end the call than a sincere commitment to follow up. Unsurprisingly, he never called back — not in 15 minutes, or even hours later. A very disappointing first experience with this dealership.
