To help streamline the process, I submitted a set of itemized questions in writing regarding the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, so the representative could review them and be prepared before calling me. However, when he did call, it was immediately clear that he had not read let alone reviewed the questions at all. More concerning was his tone — disrespectful, condescending, and unnecessarily rude throughout the brief conversation. In less than six minutes, he made no effort to discuss the vehicle itself and instead focused on making assumptions about who I am or am not. He then abruptly stated he had to attend a meeting and would call back in 15 minutes. Given the dismissive tone of the exchange, this felt more like an excuse to end the call than a sincere commitment to follow up. Unsurprisingly, he never called back — not in 15 minutes, or even hours later. A very disappointing first experience with this dealership.
