Dealer response was prompt. I arranged a test drive for the 2022. Car was clean and ready when we arrived for our appt. I ended up buying another HRV that was being brought in from a 2 year lease. It is a 2023 HRV. Experience at the dealership during the purchase process was positive.

Car was damaged. Not made plain in listing. Drove a fair distance to see car and it was not prepped for sale.

Abdul called me and we set up a time to view the Forester. It had all the options I was looking for and I drove it home today. The dealership and especially Henry were well organized and everyting was prepared to make the purchase as easy as possible. Car was spotless when I went to pick it up today. Perez, the sales associate was very prompt and courteous. Car was clean and ready to drive. Details of previous service work was presented upon request. Price on Cargurus was “finance” price ($2000 more) not cash price. This was not indicated prior to test drive. Buyer beware - check dealership website before.

Unfortunately it was not clear from the start it was a resale vehicle.
