Response to all my inquiries were very fast and went the extra mile.

Advertised a specific vehicle on the internet but then refused to provide a written quote when asked which was no help to me at all.

Terrible GMC Dealership. I had a very bad experience here I called down, made an appointment 3 days in advance I checked in the day before I went to see the vehicle this was a 2.5 hour drive each way. I got there and they had me look at it for two hours then would not talk to me about a price. They called me later in the day and told me it was already sold. Why would this not of been brought up before the appointment was booked. This was a deceitful and dirty way to conduct business very disappointing Especially from a gmc dealership what a waste of a day for me. Have the manager call me, would like to discuss poor business and customer service. Should be reported. Go elsewhere they are dirty.

Drove 2.5 hours one way to to meet the Sales Manger. Solid dude. Delegated the opportunity to his team. Salesman was VERY dismissive of CarGurus valuation. General vibe of l arrogance -lite. Overtones of 'use car salesmanship' Cost them 2 sales since I also need a 2027 GM.
