Experience was awful. Great communication initially with a representative although turned out to be their AI assistant with the actual humans having little awareness of the appointment, scheduled test drive and appraisal of my old car. This included the fact that the car wasn’t even there given one of the managers was using it and not at the dealer when my appointment was scheduled. First and last time dealing with them.

It was good interaction

The dealership reached out to me. I advised that was not ready to yet to purchase. They were most gracious and certainly were prepared to answer any questions I had.
