very poor experience. was told to come down to the dealer to view the vehicle. came down, could not find the vehicle, then they located it, then it was unavailable to view then sat around (with my little kid the whole time) and they eventually indicated it was unavailable to see. Contacted them the next morning, more excuses then the following day they told me it was sold. Very unprofessional, completely wasted my time. Would not recommend do business here.

We are early in the process, yet have found the dealerships to be responsive, professional and prompt with details given. The amount of reviews sent, and extra unsolicited information is too much. Also, a survey was far too invasive (asking race, age, etc.,), and I decided not to complete due to this reason. Yet, having said that everything else about my experience (each sales person etc.,) has been extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend CarGurus as I can compare cars quickly
