I was never informed abt the serious joint bolt issues Ford Exp silver car had over the phone. So drove 3 hrs to have it on finance , when I saw inspection report there were several things so said no for the vehicle. Staff sent me another inspection report saying thats the most recent and had lot of work fixed. So didn't buy or dealt with it. overall customer service was good.
