Andrée Caron Immediately reached out to me, answered my questions,,, provided all the information I needed by email, phone call and text. Although we did successfully reach a deal,,, she still provided me with all her attention even though I was from out of province I never felt like I was. If you are looking for the old fashion customer service that seems to have vanished. Well be prepare to be surprised. It’s alive and well at DuPont. They have contacted me several times by email, text, and phone call. I am not ready to buy today. Some day I may call them back. I am looking at the vehicles available online.

Spoke with Julien on Thursday, 01/16 to make an appointment to buy the truck on Saturday 01/18, dealership is 90 minutes from my home, had driven 90% of the way to the dealership when I received a text saying that the truck had actually sold on 01/16, massive waste of time and effort, hugely unprofessional

Chris/salesman is encouraging writer to attend for test drive. Writer has yet to do so.
