Vehicle sold before we got there. Dealer informed us ahead of time, which was nice

They got back to me right away. I told them I live up on the Bruce Peninsula which is 3 hours away so we left it that I would contact them when I am planning to head over that way.

Not good I arranged to go and look at it and they called me to arrange a time, then next day when I called they said sorry we sold it. Why call me on a Saturday to set up a time then inform me Monday morning it’s gone??

The employee that I tried to communicate with was not helpful whatsoever . I even mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the Kaci of help he was giving and he still chose to do nothing that I asked. Brutal service. Coulda made a sale but left me hanging instead.

I made an appointment to see a car I was interested in, and the morning of the appointment when I was nearly at the dealership the sales person, Ethan called me to tell me the car was sold the day before. As I live in Innisfil, it would’ve been nice to have anyone from the dealership give me a call to let me know so my time and gas wouldn’t have been wasted.
