The car was advertised as certified. However the horn did not work. The sales staff and finance manager were practicing deception. The car was sold as solid in great shape and certified. Im not sure how it was certified without the horn working. One of the tires in the hatch area had no air and the tires in the hatch area were covering damage to the plastic rear wheel cover. Not sure how the car was certified in 18 minutes according to the MOT certificate. You would think these days the dealers would be up front with the customer. This was not the case, and there was a lot of deception being practiced. Not satisfied or happy with this dealer. I filed a complaint with OMVIC about this dealer completing a certification process that should not have passed.

Alex was amazing, and so patient. I had never bought a car from a dealership before (all previous cars from privet sales) so I had A LOT of questions. and Alex was quick and concise in answering all of them. Despite complications from my out of province license, the truck I was trading needing to be transferred to my name after my fathers sudden death, and all the corresponding emotions I was dealing with, Alex was very understanding and very helpful in explaining the steps needed to get the trade completed. I took the car for a quick test drive around the lot when I first went to check it out, and she handled very well. After the trade I took the car on a short 3 hr road-trip to figure out all the bells and whistles, and it was fantastic. I would defiantly recommend Top Speed to friends who are looking for a car in the future.
