Great experience

Nash and his team made us feel very comfortable. Even though our needs changed and we did not purchase the vehicle we went to see. We will definitely be back when we are ready for a smaller vehicle.

The communication was cordial

We're giving a mixed review for our experience with Waterloo Honda. First of all, the actual mileage of the used vehicle we were inquiring about was over 4,000 more than what was originally shown on their website. Communication with sales person Damir Protudjer overall was good. We were extremely disappointed that to get a better price we would have to finance. We have an excellent credit rating but the loan rate offered was very high, even higher than our current bank rate. Secondly, we sent the required documents to start the financing application. But the documents were "lost" in their junk mail, although we replied to the message they had sent us. So the financial process was delayed. Overall, we're unhappy with our experience. We recommend that you look elsewhere to buy a vehicle.

Dealership had no interest dealing with a customer that lived far away from them. Too bad it seems to be a thing of the future with clutch.ca etc popping up.
