Noah contacted me immediately , answered all my questions accurately I was going to go see it but another truck came along from another dealership that suited our needs better.

Quick and efficient

Refused to sell at advertised price $52659.00 bait and switch. Tried to take advantage of a senior, quoted list plus $2000 plus tax almost $79000 for this 2025 vehicle. Final quote $64000 and change. Smelled a rat going in and met one, stay away from these guys.

The staff at Capital Dodge went above and beyond what I had expected when arriving at the dealership. They worked with me on a price for my trade sight unseen. I don’t know of many dealerships that would do that.

Salesman was distracted dealing with multiple clients at once. Salesman immediately asked how I was paying and writing up the 'sale' before discussing the price then tried to up sell a warranty/winter tires package.

Car is sold and not even for sale and they leave it on the website anyways. They always have “other options” to sell you though.

Unfortunately the car had been sold, they did offer to show me what they had in inventory but I was specifically looking for the SRT
