Staff could not be bothered with me once I said I was paying cash and blew me off with no return response. Like he said they don't make money of the sale of used vehicles.

Had an appointment scheduled, but the dealership was closed on the day they scheduled the appointment. They were extremely rude and uncooperative when I asked 3 pertant and necessary questions prior to the appointment. Ill never shop there, or in Quebec, or for a jeep again. And I had cash. Well done.

Unfortunately the car had been sold, they did offer to show me what they had in inventory but I was specifically looking for the SRT
