I had an appointment, it was confirmed. When my daughter and I arrived we were told the person with the appointment was not there and the car had been sold. When I asked why I was not told, the person just lifted his shoulders. I had to make arrangements with my daughter to have transport as I lost my car in an accident where a person passed on a red light!

Did not deal with Acura Brossard but I was impressed with the promptness in which a sales rep contacted me. They were polite and did not pressure me in any way when I advised them that my current lease still had more than 2 months remaining.
