I found this truck online through CarGurus and once I messaged the add, Shannon got back to me within the hour. I mentioned I was very interested and Shannon made a video walkaround with the truck. We made the deal over the phone and it was delivered to me. I am very happy with the courteous, fast response and the truck is in excellent condition.
