Good communication but went else where

Inquired multiple times about this through email and never received a reply. I then contacted by phone after not hearing from them for a week. I wanted to know the actual cost as the price was not listed on the site or their own website. Once I finally got someone on the phone, I was told there was no listed price for the vehicle yet and would be posted in a couple of days. After 3 more days went by, the vehicle was listed as "Sold" They did not even ask for my phone number to call me back when they had a price to post, just told me to check back with them. Poor communication overall.

Joe emailed me back that same day and the truck had just been sold.

Very honest dealer. They accommodated me in every way. They even put the truck on a hoist so I can do a thorough inspection of the underbody. Truck was immaculate.

Terrible GMC Dealership. I had a very bad experience here I called down, made an appointment 3 days in advance I checked in the day before I went to see the vehicle this was a 2.5 hour drive each way. I got there and they had me look at it for two hours then would not talk to me about a price. They called me later in the day and told me it was already sold. Why would this not of been brought up before the appointment was booked. This was a deceitful and dirty way to conduct business very disappointing Especially from a gmc dealership what a waste of a day for me. Have the manager call me, would like to discuss poor business and customer service. Should be reported. Go elsewhere they are dirty.
