To hom it may concern: Bad Bad experience with your sales Person....very por customer service. He pass me the keys of the car and told me go to find your self in the back yard. The car was not even clean. I was very disapointed me and my spouse we are seniors.

Sales rep wasn't helpful. He seemed unwilling to sell the car to me for some reason. Took me for a test drive right away and hardly communicated or offered any information about the car. Car interior was not clean, had damage on the front bumper. The man just wanted to be rid of me and go home. Terrible experience overall.

I still had a good overall experience with the seller. However, what really bothered me is that they didn’t fully disclose all the repairs the vehicle needed. The diagnosis provided by their mechanic did not feel completely honest or transparent. I honestly felt like the report was more meant to reassure me and convince me to buy the vehicle rather than give me a clear and accurate picture of its condition. After taking the car to another garage following the purchase, several additional issues were identified, which left me feeling disappointed and somewhat misled by the initial inspection.
