Pretty good overall

Buying a Cadillac was a personal milestone for me, but this dealership ruined what should have been a proud experience. From the start, I was treated as if my business didn’t matter. The sales associate, Daniel, showed little professionalism or courtesy, and communication was poor. The negotiation process felt manipulative. I was pressured to pay more than the advertised price and told paying cash would cost an extra $1,500. When I questioned this, I was told the dealership only makes money through financing. To avoid the fee, I asked for minimal financing. I was offered $10,000 at 8%, which was withdrawn, then told I must finance $20,000 at 9.99%. When I said I could secure my own lower-rate financing, I was told the car would not be sold unless I financed through them. Financing would have cost more than the cash penalty, so I purchased the vehicle outright despite the pressure.A $999 theft protection fee was added without consent and called mandatory, only removed after an argument
