Brent was amazing easy to talk to and very professional and efficient in the entire sale of our vehicle

After speaking with them over the phone and confirming that I intended to purchase the vehicle, we scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I drove approximately 150 km to attend the appointment and arrived on time, only to discover that the vehicle had already been sold earlier that morning. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of concern or consideration shown when I raised the issue.

when I first heard back from dealer they asked if I would be trading in my old truck. I gave them the details about it then never heard back from them. I then received notice that the truck I was inquiring about had sold. A few days later the truck showed back up in my search. I contacted the dealer again wanting to know if the truck was available again and have not heard back from them.

Really friendly and informative.

They emailed saying the car I was interested in wasn’t available and they also said couldn’t sell to me if I didn’t reside in Durham
