Good and profesional handling when i ask some informtaion about the car

I would rate lower than 1 if possible. I live out of town and had a few discussions with the sales group about a demo car i was going to drive to town to look at. It was clear that i would likely purchase the vehicle. We made an appointment and the dealership sent me two reminder text messages about the appointment. As I was in transit and 45 minutes away from the dealership, I received this text: "Good afternoon xxxxx, this is xxxxx from West End Nissan, don’t want to call you, because you mentioned you are on a. Conference. Good news, we got MURANO back, inspected, washed and gassed up for your test drive, everything in perfect, but we got walking customers and they want to pay top money to buy it now, and my manager doesn’t want to wait" Ya, a class act. Thanks for the appointment reminders... so lame
