Totally disappointed on this dealer, sale department manager contacted by email after requested but no one follow up also no reply after second time communicated email. Think they r not ready on the market position to make deal.

All I was asking the dealership was to go and start the car and tell me if it starts up and if it sounds like a normal running vehicle, I live in London, Ontario and Kitchener is quite a long drive for me just to go and find out the vehicle does not start, but they would not do this They could’ve taken a video of it starting and sent it to me, but they would not even suggest anything like that. They were not helpful at all. They kept on reminding me that the vehicle was sold as is, but I knew this I am not happy with the way they Handled this whole situation so I considered this very poor customer service

Not good, just not good. Communication sucked, they took their time responding to issues, fixes etc. Promises made were not kept, trade in values were low, too many things to mentions would not recommend
