Salesman Matt was great

They sold and delivered the vehicle I inquired about before I arrived without telling me and then suggested one for almost double the price. There was a long form to fill out before I was told which was pointless. Waste of a trip to the dealership which was a 30 minute drive.

The person we had an appointment with was not in the office, however, another person helped us and informed us that the car we were about to see just sold prior to our arrival. He then proceeded to spend the next at least 30 minutes, showing us what was available and took down the details of what specifics we were looking for in a vehicle. We were extremely impressed with him. He seemed to really care that we received all the help we could get and promised to get in touch with us if a car matching our criteria showed up.

Didn’t end up buying, but the dealer experience and customer service was excellent.

Sent an inquiry, was sent to some on that just wanted me to go in to dealership, dident even let me know that he wasent even a salesman, pretty much told me to go to dealerships or not get helped. Im an hour drive to this dealership. Did eventually go in on my way to look at another veichle, stopped talked to a sale rep he collected all my info, told me the veichle was in calgary, told me he would get back to me and never did, another HOC (house of cars) told me that they share inventory so was gonna deal with chinook instead to find out it was sold, no one from this dealership has ever gotten back to me so i took my buisness else were. Would recommend chinook, or barlow, but Airdrie poor communication.
