Brandon, the sales associate, was friendly and responded to my contact immediately. He was available to answer my calls and messages. He did his best to help me get the deal done. While it was challenging due to some management policies that unexpectedly did not allow me to hold the car with a deposit since I live in Toronto, I went to the dealership in Burlington from Toronto to get the deal done. They need to allow for a little more flexibility with their deposit policy (e.g., 24-48 hours!) so that potential and motivated customers, like myself, who are a distance from them can make it to their dealership! Fortunately, I could take the time off work to get the car I wanted. My overall experience was very positive!
