The worst buying experience ever. Intensely Miss information and miss communication on the price to make it look like a good deal before apologizing and adding hidden cost. They intently didn’t count my trade in value in the downpayment to make it look like a great deal... I do not recommend the Edmonton west Mercedes dealer.

Alex is super busy salesperson. He sent me an email to call him on Saturday. He ended the call by telling me he was going to call be back in 10 minutes. No call yet. The same happened on Thursday too. How should I rate then!

We received a call from their sales person Jeramy stating this vehicle was sold but there was other options. This knowledgeable, courteous and efficient young man could not do enough to satisfy our car search. We found all aspects of this dealership including test drive, negotiations, purchasing and insuring vehicle to be first class and professional. Stellar experience!

Their ad did not initially have a price listed, so i contacted them. Dealer responded in reasonable time. When I replied with my budget and the vehicles i was considering, there was no further response.

I thought it weird that they would offer up a car at a good price, but label it 'as is'. All cars should have proper inspection and safety issues looked at before sale.

Very sketchy. As most of his vehicles are for overseas sales. Also, the vehicle I was looking at was still registered to the City of Ottawa!. Meaning, it is not registered to him to sell. A whole step in the process not completed. So, if I wanted to buy the vehicle, he would have to transfer the ownership to himself, then to me. I guess he doesn't want to pay the tax up front? I would be leery buying anything from this 'dealer'

The truck was price for roughly 9930$ when I inquired "Hannan neil Ricketts" the internet manager for rose city ford he replied to me it had been sold .. than 3 days later the truck is reposted for 11400$. Not very good business practices If you ask me .. if they can be shady about that than I can only imagine what other kinda shady things are happening.

Always friendly, courteous, accommodating, and will go out of their way to make the entire buying experience as painless as possible. This is our third vehicle purchase involving the same salesman.
