| 2015 | $9,400 CAD | $9,212 CAD – $10,813 CAD |
The Chrysler 200's current nationwide average price is $9,532 CAD, and its lowest point over the past year was $9,489 CAD. Recently, prices have come down for the 2015 and 2016 models, making now a good time to shop recent model years.

For used buyers, long-term ownership risk is worth weighing carefully against the model's attractive pricing and feature content.
What Chrysler 200 do most buyers choose?
The Chrysler 200 years with the most listings are 2015, 2016, and 2014.
| Model Year | Total Listings | Good + Great Deals % |
|---|---|---|
| 2015 | 103 | 17.5% |
| 2016 | 97 | 18.6% |
| 2014 | 82 | 22% |
| 2017 | 40 | 10% |
These higher-volume years tend to draw more attention because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right price, mileage, and condition combination. They also often become the default starting point for shoppers who want a broad selection of used examples.
What is the Chrysler 200's resale value?
| Model Year | Current Avg. Price | Year-Over-Year Change |
|---|---|---|
| 2016 | $10,507 CAD | −12.84% |
| 2015 | $9,400 CAD | −11.67% |
Both model years show double-digit price declines over the past year, which can create stronger value opportunities for used buyers. The movement is fairly similar across the two years, with each one posting a sizeable drop rather than a small adjustment. That pattern can work in your favour if you're shopping for a recent Chrysler 200 at a lower entry price.
The 2015 and 2016 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
Should I buy a used Chrysler 200 now?
Buy now if:
- Price trend: The 2016 model is at −12.84% versus a year ago, and the 2015 model is at −11.67%.
- Deal availability: The 2016 model has 18.6% good and great deals, and the 2015 model has 17.5%.
- Sweet-spot year: The 2015 model has the most listings at a current average price of $9,400 CAD.
If you're buying used today, the 2015 model year offers the best mix of value and availability.

I looked up the car and I would call it a hidden gem. The car is a good value. Not much to say about what it’s missing? For the model. This is a classy pick for those who are in this market.

Nice car. Horrible stealerships that push it aside. Lost a lot of value in depreciation. Expect electrical issues, mechanical it is amazing.

This is my third Chrysler convertible. Each time, they get better and better! I love this 200 and the price is the best for a mid-size convertible. It's my dream car! Try it out and you will agree. You can't beat it on a sunny day!
