Used 2023 Kia Sorento for Sale near Fort Frances, ON

Let me start by saying the 2023 Kia Sorento is a nice vehicle. It drives well, looks great, and has solid features. That's not the issue. The issue is the front grill design. Kia left the radiator completely exposed behind the grill with no protective barrier. Over time, dust, debris, and rocks collect and pass right through, causing serious damage to the radiator. Based on my experience and the experiences of hundreds of other owners, you will likely need to replace your entire radiator within the first three years of ownership. I've filed formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, the Michigan Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Why? Because neither the dealership nor Kia America will cover this repair. It is not covered under warranty. You will be expected to pay out of pocket in my case, $1,350 for damage caused by their faulty design. The "solution" owners are left with? Going on Amazon and purchasing a metal mesh grill guard to install yourself, just to protect a part that should have been protected from the factory. A consumer should not have to modify a brand-new vehicle to prevent a critical component from being destroyed under normal driving conditions. If the grill had been designed properly in the first place, none of this would be necessary. Don't just take my word for it. Search Reddit, Google, the Kia Forums, and the NHTSA complaint database. You'll find hundreds of Sorento owners reporting the exact same problem rock damage to the radiator because of this open grill design. If you're a current owner dealing with this, I urge you to file complaints. Report it to NHTSA, the FTC, the BBB, and your state attorney general's consumer division. The more complaints on record, the harder it becomes for Kia to ignore this, and the closer we get to holding them accountable , whether that means reimbursement for owners or a full recall. To anyone considering this vehicle: I'd still say it's a good car just know what you're getting into with that front end, and budget for a radiator replacement Kia won't tell you about.

This is car is fully loaded. It drives very nice and the visibility from the interior is great. I’ve only had it less than a week but I am in love with the Sorento sonfar. Definitely the nicest car I’ve ever had.

Good SUV of this class. Comparable to Mitsubishi. This is a good price for that year.
