Reviewed a 2021 BMW AWD on Jul. 24, 2024

Beware of this dealership as they don’t stand behind there certified pre-owned M Power car which they sold me. The service advisor and service manager failed to address the defected brake issue that was present and only got worse after purchase. The general manager Tom was very inconsiderate and unprofessional ignoring all calls. Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury service department did what was right and covered the entire brake system under warranty.
