2019 Mitsubishi RVR for Sale in Sturgeon County, AB

The sales person I worked with, Diego Triana.. was exceptional. Pleasure to work. His employer however, Southside Mitsubishi, go elsewhere to purchase. They advertised a vehicle for $40,526. I expressed interest on a Sunday and unbeknownst to me they jacked the price by over $4000 the next day. They used that as their bargaining power. Unethical practices and no movement on price. Go elsewhere for used vehicles

The write up about the vehicle said there was heated seats, but the pictures showed there wasn't. I asked them about it and they replied quickly with the correct information. The salesman even recorded a personalized video of the car and emailed it to me. Good service!

This dealership was very pushy and sent way to many emails. They would send follow ups upon follow ups even after I told them I wasn't interested in that particular vehicle.

They contacted me and answered my questions. They even sent me the information I requested. I did not buy the vehicle I asked about, they were very helpful, with suggesting other vehicles and offered to finance, if that was something I would be interested in. They were respectful and not pushy.

Sold the vehicle I asked to test the day before my appointment, didn't tell me until I arrived, then tried to sell me something more expensive with higher mileage. Shocking! A dishonest car salesman! Waste of time.

When I liked this car , and asked more information for this car . In afternoon , the employee said it’s sold . Now this advertisement still going on for long time . Someone already added a same review like this . He had same experience like me . I don’t know this is the advertisement to attract people or what..

I tried to spend my hard earned $$ on this car but they didn’t want my business. After making a deal to buy it, they change their mind and told me that it is gone. Guess what, I took my business to somewhere else! It was a blessing in disguise! I am so glad it turned out the way it did. Three weeks after the dealer broke the deal we had, they are still looking for a potential buyer and dropped the price. Good luck...

Dealership was very accommodating, picking me up at the airport and getting me on my way quickly. One oversight was a dent in the back of the van which was not disclosed at the time of the sale. However they where accommodating and reduced the price to have it repaired. The van was clean, gassed up and ready to take home. I am satisfied with how everything was handled No concerns and would work with them again
