The Renegade has two generations. 2017 was the year the new generation came out. Both the old and the new are great. The new is a little nicer, more modern and stylish. Both have great engines, options, and an amazing 4x4 drivetrain.

The Renegade Trailhawk rides bigger than it is but still handles like a sedan. Great visibility. And it is definitely still a Jeep. A legit off-road SUV with almost 30 hwy mpg too. The towing package is a nice add for this vehicle. The interior Trailhawk seating is comfortable with plenty of headroom in the cabin. Shorter than the Cherokee but still an impressive amount of interior space for a compact SUV. I would have liked to have seen a full LED lighting system on this vehicle. Pleased with the vision for this Jeep and happy with the new purchase.
