I owned a 2013 RS5, same generation, b 8.5. I will be getting a new one as i sold the one i had at 130k miles. Without a doubt, the V8 RS5 is the most amazing car ive ever driven. ASTONISHING SOUNDTRACK! That engine is like a choir of angels. The power is now becoming less than amazing in a straight line (0-60 in 4.2 sec) compared to newer forced induction models, but none of them have the same... well... soul, if im being honest. And she can definitely still press you back in your seat and the handling is just superb. The styling of the b8.5 RS5 feels timeless, a subtle beauty with curves in all the right places and a solidity that you just cant get from so many cars. No rattles or squeaks or anything that feels cheap or loose. Further, the potential for added power is extremely high, though currently somewhat limited in scope as no superchargers are currently available that have any kind of reliable history that i can find. The only aftermarket forced induction options seem to be limited to turbos. That said, my understanding is that you can get upwards of 600 awhp without even cracking the engine open. An expensive option, but certainly feasible. In summary, this car is a goddess.
