Great dealership, I had an excellent experience buying a car from Sineone, friendly and prompt communication, always there to answer questions and facilitate my purchase. Thanks to the staff there for being so professional.

Dealer was good. Answered all my questions, and sent a carfax report by email. My wife and I drove by and took a look at the vehicle and my beloved didn't like the interior colour. But, it looks like a good car.

Very pleasant and accommodating. Seems really honest. He made a very valid point that when buying a used car it does not come with the amount of inspection reports that buying a rebuilt car does.

Apparently the vehicle should not be listed and when I got there it hadn't even been checked out and they wouldn't let me test drive it and eventually checked out so poorly that he said they would even sell to me

Test drove a Tacoma, and they didn't get back to me about it. They said it had been safety certified, but it had no sway bars.

Salesman was prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions.

They keep the good cars listed on Car Guru, that are actually sold, to attract the customer to their dealership, so that they can sell their unsold bad stuff. Recently many other dealers are doing the same and customers are losing their trust. To deal with that issue I always ask them to send the CarFax report by e mail so that I do not waist my trip. When i asked for CarFax two days later I was called and told it was sold and asked to come to dealership to see other inventory.

This place wasted my time. Glorified detail shop. Wont let you test drive a car... even this cheap domestic 2014 ... because it might get dirty. I’m not going to buy something I can’t drive...it’s a car. Not even an exotic or collectors car.

Very friendly

The dealer was always available and helpful. The listing is very accurate and actually more than I expected. They included brand new tires, 1 year warranty and repaint the chipped hood which is excellent. The Owner and all the staff were very friendly and informative which makes me feel that I am in the right place. Overall experience, Outstanding! I would definitely recommend blue star motors.
