Overall it is a great truck for the price. It is an extremely tough truck inside and out. MPG is the only thing that is truly negative about the V6 option. But on that note the 4L V6 gives plenty of power for this truck and allows you to haul up to 6500 pounds comfortably. It also sits pretty high up which is a plus. Would recommend to anyone looking at a mid-sized truck.

I have a 2011 4.0 V-6 and it is quite zippy. My friend has a 2021 Tacoma with a 3.3 it seems I have a lot more power. its great in traffic. Good little unit!!

It is confident to pull 3500 lbs trailer. Nice design. Quiet ride and comfortable seats. Good acceleration, braking and handling. Good stereo. Wind noise with open windows. Should have more small storage compartments in the cabin. Safe and fun to drive.

Bought 2012 SL from Nissan dealer. 138k miles, $15,500 + taxes. Excellent body and interior condition. Clean. Rolling taneau cover, hitch, new m&s tires. 4.0L runs smooth. Minor wear on controls and upholstery. Need to check seals, u-joints, bearings and all fluids. Very pleased.
