2013 Kia Sorento for Sale in Delta, BC

Wanted to discuss price before test drive. Wouldn't move car outside to let me test features. Horribly rude salesmen/owner. Overpriced damaged car. Walk away.

Did not seem like they wanted to sell a vehicle just have you show up and buy no questions asked. When I first asked about repairs done to the vehicle I was told none until I had to remind them it was a rebuild so obviously repairs were done. They then said they don't know. Very shady, very lazy, customer service was non existent.

Terrible. Would t budge on price . Have this “phantom” documentation charge of almost 500 to print a bill of sale. VERY SHADY BUNCH! Check engine light was on, they just flashed it off, no proper VSA inspection. Screen shots of part of the Carfax instead of scanning and emailing it all. Just very greasy place is all. That’s the best way for me to describe it. Greasy.

Albeit we didn't end up buying the car we looked up and did a test drive on from Car Bazar because it's not what our family was looking for, I still was impressed with how we were treated at this dealership.

One of the best dealers I have seen so far. Although th car was sold, Car Bazar still contacted me and came up with other options.

Test drove a Tacoma, and they didn't get back to me about it. They said it had been safety certified, but it had no sway bars.

Was told the car was sold, then it was not sold ...arrived when the car was having the E brake replaced. Carfax indicated some immediate work was required - no one could determine if it had been done. Front brakes needed replacing, winter tires were at their max and needed replacing soon. They did offer a reduce price ...but we wanted a vehicle that was ready out the door. (we may go back for a better vehicle)
