This car is extremely reliable I have 200k miles on it would buy another in a heart beat. for the year these cars were way ahead of the competition in power an economy as well as interior comfort. the design quality of the interior is superior, I have no ripped seats even

This is my second Taurus, the other was a 2010. Ford has done a great job with style, comfort. I had always been a Chevy guy but would highly reccomend this car to anyone with a big family, does allot of traveling or just spends allot of time behind the wheel.

Fantastic car that will do almost anything you want it to. It's capable on dry pavement, but doesn't shy away from wet and snowy roads with its AWD. No buttons, just get in and go. If I had to buy another vehicle, I would buy the exact vehicle again.

The Taurus has Fords 3.5 V6 and thats why I avoid it. The sideways mounted 3.5 has an internal water pump running off the timing chain. The internal pump lasts longer typically than the external, but when the water pump goes it fills the crank case with coolant and youre buying a motor. Ford has been aware of this design flaw since the introduction of the 3.5, but has failed to rectify the issue.
