Reviewed a 2006 Ford XL Crew Cab LB 4WD on Mar. 04, 2008

Overall i hated driving this truck. Performance wise it was dog slow, but it did have the 5.4L engine. As far as reliability i didnt have any issues other than the throttle sticking when pushed in fully which may be dangerous in a faster verhicle. I didnt like the look because the chrome that came stock was very "plasticy" up close.

Every sensor that indicates a failure seems to stop the vehicle until replaced or cleaned. Very difficult to diagnose problems with portable computer analyzers. I ask a question and it seems like it is a guarded secret with Ford to give the answer. They want to repair it but don't want to say HOW they did it. It is very worrisome.
