(2 reviews)Practical no. Fun yes. There is no other car that you can spend the same money on and get the same thrills as you can with a Caterham Seven. If you've got 30k and want a track car thats street legal, go for one of these.
Although the header says Caterham this is really a Tiger Supercat. I brought it in 2002 from Tiger Racing ,who are a kit car manufacturer, and spent about 15 months building the car using new parts from the Ford Sierra sourced form local parts factors. The car has a highly modified Ford SOHC (Pinto) 2.0l engine with twin Weber 45 carbs. I have spent just over £9,000 creating my dream car and enjoy every big cheesy grin minute driving it.
