Used Ford Excursion for Sale near Ontario

The reason Ford quit making the Excursion and the 7.3L Diesel engine in it is because they simply last forever. 300,000+ miles and mine is clicking right along, doing everything exceptionally, still looking great, and maintenance has been very low.

I can not complain with mine having seating for 8 and being able to hold as much as a regular SUV cargo area, the fuel economy is outstanding, I am getting 30 MPG Highway, yes, it is a diesel, but I can not complain, I only fill it up once a month, it handles quite well, it looks good on both the inside and the outside, it is a great vehicle for going on ski trips, vacations, RVing, or whatever you need to do, it is remarkably agile and other than a few run of the mill issues, everything on the vehicle is working like a dream.

I have the 7.3. Lots of torque but could use more HP. I have a 4 inch lift and it gets a little sluggish with acceleration. Good towing capacity though. The handling is also something to be desired, as expected with a 9000lbs truck.

The only thing I don't like about this truck is it is very hard reaching the back spark plugs.. the engine is HUGE and goes on forever Ü. Can haul anything, anywhere... As a basketball coach and a boater - I've had no problems carrying things .
