Performance, is awesome goes very hard for a small little hatchback, Rear wheels scrap on body kit.... GTI vinyl is fine, fuel effectient for long drives, running on 95 prem / 98 prem last's a very long time.Is very fun to drive off roads, and dirt tracks easy handling, handbrake around dirt corners always fun :D Basically this car was made to go fast and hard for all different purposes, always done me well. Basically a rally car :)

This was my first car. It ran great and was very reliable, and I averaged around 40 MPG! They were so cheap you could call them disposable cars, but you could still have fun with them. I know I did!

It's amazing to drive, a lot of fun, has good gas mileage, it's cheap to buy and extremely reliable. It's very light weighted, so with 101 BHP and with some small improvements, it can compete with some cars you wouldn't believe...

750KG with 65HP isnt that much, but it's enough to have fun. It was lowered, so i felt every bump in the road. Because of this it felt way quiker than it was. It was 15 years old and still looked stunning, the model was timeless.

I owned this car for about a year. Picked it up for $400. Its not a great manual, the final drive could be a bit shorter, with 4th and 5th being longer. Fun to drive, after i replaced all the breaks and suspention with GTI parts. Transmission went about 60000Km after i got it(got at about 160000Km[100000Mi]). with shaved heads and advanced timing it ran like a gun on 40% Ethanol.
