Not good! I was interested in the car, so I talked to M. Marco Delgadillo on the 13th, he suggested I gave a safe deposit of 500$ to reserve the car that I was supposed to visit on the friday 15th. I asked what would be the loan for the purchase before the taxes. He sent me the amounts but including the taxes so I told him it was not for the amount before tax. Than I asked for the price if I paid cash, so M. Bernier than sent me the cost with the bill to pay without deducting the deposit I had made. So I cancelled the meeting of the friday for personal reasons, I did not trust them anymore. I asked to be refunded of the secure deposit of 500$.Than they would not respond my emails or my texts until I sent an email to the Otogo group in that regard. The next day, the director of Grenier Volkswagen left me a message saying that he was refunding the deposit, yesterday the 19th.

I have had a very good experience and the personnel was very courteous
