Instead of a clear quote, I kept getting messages asking if I “wanted a quote,” even after I’d already said yes. When I finally got a reply, it was just “looping in my team” with no actual numbers. Weeks later, I still don’t have the proper written quote I requested. For a dealership this size, the process should be straightforward. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Erin Mills Mazda.
