Great team and great service.

Fabulous service by Jarrod and his team at Open Road Volkswagen. They picked us up from the ferry terminal and we had a smooth easy transition to be able to return home quickly. The car was in fabulous shape and we were thrilled with the purchase.

My salesperson Karan was knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. However the sales manager was quite pushy and high pressure but what I found very offensive was the fact that I had to repeatedly asked for my keys to be returned to me. The sales manager had my keys in their office and clearly wasn’t prepared to return them to me until he had an offer ready for me. I also found his added on fees especially the $350 ‘insurance’ fee to be excessive. I personally did not have a very positive experience at the dealership.

misleading pricing on displayed amount failure to include the preparation fees just to make this offering more attractive to the customer shopping for this type of vehicle. in other words "beating out the competition" by having a lower display price

“Andrew” was not a good communicator. Long delays between messages (like days!) and when I did make arrangements to go see a vehicle they had listed, I drove all the way to Richmond to have him text me 20 min before the meeting that the truck wasn’t actually at the dealership, but was in the shop, so I wouldn’t be able to see it. I was ready to pay cash and he blew it. I will never deal with them again.

Car was available for a short period of time however as we were going through the Carfax and other maintenance issues the car may have had (all by emails) the car was sold

I liked their up front admission that the car had been in an accident. I truly delight in honest dealing. I would buy a car from this dealership. Bless.
