Although we did successfully reach a deal,,, she still provided me with all her attention even though I was from out of province I never felt like I was. If you are looking for the old fashion customer service that seems to have vanished. Well be prepare to be surprised. It’s alive and well at DuPont. Unfortunately the car had been sold, they did offer to show me what they had in inventory but I was specifically looking for the SRT

They were extremely polite and courteous ... unfortunately , the Buick ENCORE was sold !

Ot was OK, Except we only got One key which os a problem for us as there are two drivers

Phoned twice to ensure that the car was there and an appointment was booked. I went with my son to find out that the car had been sold and a dishonest “pressure salesman” tried to talk me into other cars that didn’t even resemble this. Don’t trust this outfit, no wonder it has a rating of 3. I rate it -1 to not put 0! Shameful scammers!
