We had a positive experience from the start when we first viewed the car online and they were super helpful in sending the video of the car before hand and we were able to test drive the car 2 times. They were super helpful in answering our questions and booking meetings and all.

I had the pleasure of working with Sadman Chowdhury at this dealership. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the specific car I was looking at. Sadman was able to provide the information that I requested in a prompt and timely manner. Hopefully we can work out a deal soon.

The dealer responded quickly and the condition of the car is as good as the picture and the description. Overall price is fair. I hired a certified mechanic to do the Pre purchase inspection and it was very good and clean. So far so good

They were nice to me

Very friendly service. Even though I was considering purchasing an ‘as is’ vehicle they allowed me to get a full inspection at a near by automotive repair shop. A few weeks earlier another new car dealership in the GTA said I could only inspect the vehicle in their parking lot.

Their communication was good. However, their pricing was considerably higher than other Volvo locations. I showed the agent several other CPO vehicles priced 10-15% lower but they maintained that their conditioning of the vehicle justified it. I am not sure if it’s worth the extra 5k. Certainly not baffling that their inventory is sitting > 100 days. Anyways, I took my business elsewhere. Wish them good luck !
