I had an appointment, it was confirmed. When my daughter and I arrived we were told the person with the appointment was not there and the car had been sold. When I asked why I was not told, the person just lifted his shoulders. I had to make arrangements with my daughter to have transport as I lost my car in an accident where a person passed on a red light!

Did not deal with Acura Brossard but I was impressed with the promptness in which a sales rep contacted me. They were polite and did not pressure me in any way when I advised them that my current lease still had more than 2 months remaining.

Unreal, was told twice that the appropriate representative would reach out to me, almost 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. Solid performance Polestar Brossard, solid. Company is bleeding hundreds of millions of dollars in sales and you have dealerships not following up with sales leads.

The customer is poor: one person uses AI to reply and the other is inconsistent with her answers and delays in replying. Both representative were inconsistent, made me repeat my initial written email to the dealer so I realize they did not communicate internally. When asking information on status of some car hardware, it could them 4 days to answer that they still don't have the answer, so I told them all of this did not build a good business relationship based on trust. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone.
